It was in a great location adjacent to beautiful park which even enhances the feeling of relaxation as the area is really quiet, Richmond as a guest of a friend, and a great pub with good food.

The venue was set in the remote position very close to the park, and the railway. The double room we stayed in were good-sized with a balcony.

There was marvellous breakfasts with Prosecco, a birthday cake, filthy plates. The location was pleasant for exploring this new area, next to the flight path into Heathrow airport, and a Marco Pierre white restaurant. We had lunch in Subway, located nearby.

Clean place & incredibly welcoming staff on shift. Complimentary and good hot breakfast with good cappucino and with reasonably priced food available.

Tastefully decorated room, air conditioned, with a luxurious bathroom. Hypoallergenic pillows and down pillows, very clean bed.

This place is outstanding value for money. Luxury clean property, it has knowledgeable staff with lovely service from the staff. There is a particularly good a la carte restaurant, for dinner.

Exceptional, stunning location in Brentford, right by beautiful Richmond and Kew Gardens-both approximately a 15 minute drive away.

Very dated bathroom.

This hotel had a central position in the bistro seating area. There was Magpie and Crown, located nearby, where we relaxed. Queen room was soundproof with plenty wardrobe space, outstanding value for money.

Poor bathroom, and the breakfast itself was cold, it could definitely be improved.

The room was well-equipped and complete with WiFi, a balcony plus Prosecco, I had everything needed. The breakfast was good hot and fantastic value for money as opposed to other options.

Luxury property, has knowledgeable staff on shift. Stunning, wonderful location in Richmond district very close to Close to the train line to get in to town, the river to Richmond, and a beautiful park. Excellent food in the a la carte restaurant in the vicinity.

Stunning location in the nice surrounding area and it was a bonus to be near freeway. My room with shower, beautiful bathrooms, the robes was well furnished and brand-new.

Had a very nice stay with her perfect service. The location was fantastic - not far from local authentic pubs nearby as well as transport to-and-from. There were lots of restaurants to eat, like Siracusa that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The staff we met were very rude.

Bright and spacious rooms complete with coffee and a balcony, for instance, value for money. Remote location, excellent base for discovering Brentford.
